Céline Bergeron consulting service has a foundation based on the reflection of best practices in training and leadership programs in professional organizations. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and holds a master’s degree and DESS higher degree in training and development, she has more than 25 years of experience in the HR field throughout different sectors.
She works with different contributors specializing in multimedia, instructional design, coaching, project management and facilitators amongst others. Benevolent and respectful in nature, Céline strongly believes “experimental learning posits that learning is the major determinant of human development and how individuals learn shapes the course of their personal development” (Kolb,1984).

We offer on-line courses to reach a larger group of trainees to optimize their attention. We provide outdoor facilitation activities that take place with horses.

Céline Bergeron is an Equine Facilitated Learning Professional Candidate (ELP – Equine Learning Professional) the Pro-EFW Canada Association. She has been involved in the equine field on a part-time basis for several years. She strongly believes “horses have unique qualities that make them especially well-suited for authentic interactions with humans. Horses are extremely sensitive to human emotion and emotional expression” (McCardle, 2011). There are several reasons we work with horses as partners and we would love to guide and facilitate an experience in with you and the horses, to help you discover your potential and develop specific competencies in a safe and supportive environment.
Several studies point in this direction and we believe that activities done exclusively on the « ground » could encourage the development of leadership skills, self-awareness, emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication, as well as courage and stress management (Judith L. Gibbons et al., 2016). These skills and qualities are essential for authentic and effective leadership*.
